How we did it

Three changes.

01

Strategic repositioning

Exited low-margin commercial subcontracting in favor of direct-to-consumer recurring B2B and residential cleaning. Residential gross profit roughly doubled and crossed above commercial mid-2025, eliminating the customer-concentration risk we identified at acquisition.

02

Brand and demand engine

Customer at the center: easy to book, fast to respond, the right cleaner matched to each home. New visual identity, residential website with local SEO, optimized Google Business Profile, automated review workflow, and a real-time quoting tool that converts inbound leads in minutes. Google Ads is one of several acquisition channels.

03

Operational infrastructure

Replaced manual scheduling and contractor coordination with a systemized model. The result is a business that runs on documented processes — not founder presence.

Expansion

We launched Houston as our second market — same playbook, same operator, on the ground from day one. More to come.

What We Buy

Service businesses
other buyers miss.

Too small for private equity. Too operational for search funds. We buy the businesses in between — established, profitable, and held back by systems the current owner hasn't had time to build.

Criteria

Revenue
$1M – $5M
Sectors
Cleaning · Facilities · Home services · Adjacent service businesses
Geography
United States. Currently active in Denver, Houston, and Miami.
Cadence
1–2 acquisitions per year. We're selective.

What we look for

  • Recurring revenue — customers who come back weekly, monthly, or annually
  • Strong customer retention and a real book of business
  • Operational upside — room to improve systems, pricing, and growth channels
  • Owner ready to transition, with or without a transition period

How We Operate

We don't hand it off.
We get in and run it.

M ost buyers acquire a business, install a manager, and wait for results. We operate differently. When we acquire a business, one of us moves in — not a hired GM, not a quarterly check-in. We run the operation alongside the existing team until it performs at a higher level.

That's how Kathy Clean went from a commercial-heavy book with no digital presence to +$150K/month in 15 months. Not strategy decks. Execution.

01

Technology & systems

CRM, scheduling, reporting, lead generation. The tools that let a business run without constant intervention.

02

Process & execution

We document what works, fix what doesn't, and build playbooks the team can actually follow. Repeatable beats heroic.

03

Revenue & growth

Pricing, retention, inbound channels. We build the revenue engine after the operational foundation is solid.

04

Team & culture

We keep what's working, support what isn't, and give the existing team the structure to perform better than before.

The Team

Four senior operators.
Complementary skills.

We get inside traditional service businesses and turn them around. Not financiers who happen to buy companies. Not consultants who write decks. The kind of people who actually run things.
